I wanted to take a moment and tell you that this Shadow Workshop gave me a unique opportunity to objectively peer into my life and see how my fears have been holding me back from claiming my golden shadow. You all created a space that was safe and trustworthy for me to confront my deepest fears of failure. I was also able to see how these fears have been contained in a blanket of sadness, buried just beneath the surface. I was able to expose and name those fears and shame and break through to a much more lighted space. I will be eternally grateful for your kindness and willingness to walk through that with me.
