One of the many learnings that has come from the family of origin work I’ve done over the years, including confronting my own addictions and the energetic rewiring of shadow work, is that our ancestry holds our greatest gifts. I’ve also come to realize that the more of ourselves that we bring out of shadow and secret, the more of ourselves we have available for the full expression of our unique contribution in the world.
