Honoring the Winter Solstice means acknowledging the darkest day of the year and a time for contemplation, self reflection and going within. It is a time to honor the darkness outside and of our own darkness within. During the winter solstice we take time to see what gifts the darkness has for us, to reflect on our life and to embrace the mystery of our own shadows.

Working with Sally in the last year and a half has been instrumental in my healing, self awareness, and recovery.
