I was also able to see how these fears have been contained in a blanket of sadness, buried just beneath the surface. I was able to expose and name those fears and shame and break through to a much more lighted space. I will be eternally grateful for your kindness and willingness to walk through that with me. Working with Sally as a guide via email has enabled me to feel what I really feel for the first time in my life. Slowly this is also enabling me to make changes and be what I really want to be.
